Caretaking
- We will keep a close eye on your property
- Carry out gardening such as herb gardens, vegetable plots and watering of indoor plants
- Key holding
- During winter and cold spells, we can turn on/off the heating
- If required we can collect and forward mail
- We send maintenance reports
These services are charged 250 euros a year based on one monthly visit to your property.
Hourly rate available if required - 25 euros an hour
